So I lost two lbs and then another 2lbs but then that second 2lbs I lost didn’t stick; my weight just bounced all over the place and stayed near 152. My doctor gave me progesterone and says correcting the deficiency will allow my body to lose weight, but my fiancé (also a doctor) says it will take a few weeks to kick in. So I may feel stuck for a while at this weight, and not sure if a further calorie cut would help. I have lots to be grateful for though. How are my buddies today?
