Only a half-pound down on this weigh in, but I'm not surprised, as I was not as disciplined about my food choices this week.
I don't count calories, I simply eat until I'm nearing full and stop. It's the choices that make the difference -- a bowl of fresh strawberries vs. a bowl of fried rice for lunch, for instance. This weekend had more cooked food than raw/fresh, and it makes a difference on the scale.
Sugar intake is near zero -- that part is good. Increasing consumption of grapes and cherries in the mornings as breakfast has left me feeling satisfied, and I don't even keep cookies in the house anymore. I don't miss them or chocolate (can't believe I just wrote that).
I'll step on the scale later this week as a mid-checkup to make sure I've got the re-adjustment in working order.
