FINALLY! I have reached my next goal of 159! I am now considered to be at "normal weight" with a BMI of 25! WOOHOO!

YOU TOO CAN DO THIS MOVE & BURN CALORIES! LOL!

I am astonished that I reached this goal today because I ate 4 cookies yesterday from the bakery! Yes, I had 4 of them! I couldn't stop at just 1 ... or 2 or 3! They were so good! Obviously, my body liked them too! lol! Honestly, I would like to give credit to the vegetable soup that I made this week! It is FULL of vegetables & everything good for you AND it tastes soooooooo good! I could eat it more than once a day, but I am trying to keep up with a variety of meals (cookies included!)

My reward?
Well, I think my reward is the size 8 ... yes, size 8 pair of pinstriped pants that I bought yesterday! Let me just say ... I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD WEAR A SIZE 8 WHEN I STARTED THIS DIET! I don't even remember wearing a size 8 when I was young! I was at this weight in high school, but I was wearing a size 12/14! Goes to show how working out at the gym can transform your body! Since March of this year, I have gone from an 18 to an 8! THAT IS AMAZING!

THANK YOU LORD FOR GIVING ME STRENGTH ON THIS LIFE CHANGING JOURNEY!

159.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
