Day 2 of a planned 5 days of eating
You know you hate lifting weights when you would rather run an hour in the rain rather than go to the gym.
For over a year, I religiously hit the gym 2-3 days every week. Then, a few months ago, for some reason, I now dread going to the gym.
Part of the problems is that I only do Squats and Deadlifts. Those two things have given me excellent results. Perhaps this will pass, but, for now, the hassle of trying to get on one of only two squatting stations, or the one “Smith Machine” makes me not want to go to the gym.
Running in the rain is not so bad, you just have to be careful with your footing and not slip and fall. However, every time I did trip and fall while running it was *not* actually raining…
Anyway, today will *not* be a dieting day. I will probably gain 2-3 pounds. However, I will probably no solid food fast on Friday and drop a pound or two…
