Day 1 of a planned 3 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
The two day ‘water fast’ went well. Actually it was a breeze. I could have easily gone longer, but, the not even having my normal Quest protein shake blended in ice at night is just mentally annoying.
I know from experience that it won't make a bit of difference with the weight loss, if I 'water fast' or 'no solid food fast', so there is little motivation to continue the ‘water fast’.
I needed the ‘water fast’ to ‘reset’ after massive 'excesses' over the weekend. I did that 😊
