Yesterday was a lift day and the first time back in my home Planet Fitness in about nine weeks. I did visit some very nice gyms while I was away but I mostly depended on body weigh exercises and resistance tubes. Yesterday I got in a medium intensity workout but was not able to perform all exercises at the same weight as before traveling. I welcome the opportunity to improve and feel that I'm on track to maintain my weight gain and get my body fat back to my desired body fat percentages.
Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 98% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged and is still out of range...
