Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Humility works for me :) In reality I "don't got this". I am only blessed with what I have right now (which is a lot). I can forgive myself for being human and not having to ability to 'control'.
This week I won’t be eating solid food, because when do eat 'solid food', but, try to control my eating, and not binge, it doesn't seem to work.
This, for me is surrender and requires humility.
