2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)🎅🏾 Happy Holidays everyone!
Only did 55 pushups. I miscalculated how many I needed to do and now I’m too tired to try again...
I am happy I am only up one pound since yesterday. Basically, I drank protein shakes all day and only had dinner. I am still gaining weight at a rapid pace, but, 1-2 pounds a day is better than 2-3 pounds that I would have if I wasn’t running 5-7 miles a day and only eating one meal a day.
I plan to do a 🏃🏾 5 mile run today, and I’m back in the gym tomorrow morning and back on a 5 day fast.
