Day 1 of a planned 5 day ‘no solid food’ fast

2019 PUSH UP Challenge! 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)I went to the gym yesterday and I was able to maintain my 200lbs lifts 🏋🏾♂️. I also 🏃🏾 ran 5 miles afterwards. Running is not helpful for my weight training, but, losing weight is my primary focus as we head into the holidays.
📅 This weekend we have two dinner parties planned and rather than trying to ‘act right’ I am going to take the expected 4-5 pound weight gain.
My plan is to ‘act right’ at ‘other times’ like during this week. When I do my 5 day ‘no solid food fast’ correctly I can usually lose 4-6 pounds. If I can do that this week I should end up next Monday at my current weight.
👍🏾 Rinse and repeat until the holidays are over. That is the plan at least.
