Vacation bloat is gone! I can only hope the rest of the week keeps going in the same direction.
The book "Never Binge Again" says it's a good idea to weight every day so you can see the trends, one way of the other. I'm going to try it for awhile to see how it effects my thinking. Today? Yippee!!!!!!

Remember, there are two voices in your head: The one that wants you to stick to your plan, and the other one... don't listen to that one!! - I am on my 2nd week of reading this book and I am getting better each day.

Great! I usually weight everyday. On vacay right now so I’m not really able to. But I like to see every oz gained and lost so I can evaluate the: why and how. I just started reading that book too. It’s a laugh! He did a great job of making the book entertaining. I wish I had read it last year when I downloaded it. I have been learning that awareness really is the corner stone of self control.
