I'm back from my vacation to sunny San Diego. As you can see the food was great and the beer was even better. I have committed to start my healthy way of eating again and I will do it. Today is a fasting day so limited food until dinner. I have blueberries for a snack and I will have an Atkins shake for lunch. My hubby has decided that he too needs to improve his eating so that will help a bunch.
I can do this, I know I can. I've done it before but I have to believe I can do it. I WILL WIN!!!!!
