I used my 8 hour eating window to be very very bad. Pizza ice cream Jagger schnitzel mashed potato's Hunter sauce asparagus and grilled pineapple . I got up this morning and the first words out of my daughters face are " Someone's been eating wheat again"?????? Before coffee??? (you mock me) Then she told me what I had not noticed.When I eat it my face breaks out. So go to the mirror and lo and behold a pimple Forrest. (%$#@) I have to go to work with a pizza face ... then the irony struck I ate pizza and it is literally pizza face. When will I learn? But then again only 3 oz gain so..... ( I am planning my cheat day for August)

I wish I was disciplined enough to have a cheat day. but I know I would have serious withdrawals from filling up on those foods that trigger my additiction cravings. I envy you able to do that. the best I've been able to do is have two bites of a shared dessert once a month under social pressure. you must have tremendous will power. respect to you.

Ugh, you only gained three ounces? On my cheat day once a week, I gain three pounds and have to lose it all again in three days.

More like desperation. One day a month i follow the eatinf window rules and eat whatever i want..cant eat much stomach shrunk.

I won't do a cheat day.. just started Keto and really can't afford to mess up (again) I am loading all my sweet things and no-no food into grocery bags and sending them home to live with my daughter who can afford to eat stuff. At least then I won't be thinking about "that food" anymore once it's gone.
