I typically weigh-in every Tuesday, but due to an appointment my work schedule changed this week, and I'll be at work all day Tuesday.
I feel like I'm finally getting somewhere. I've added Pilates with Ellen Barrett to my routine recently. While doing that this morning, I also threw in my "Special K 10 minute Workout" DVD, followed by 20 minutes worth of standard level Dance Dance Revolution.
....funnily enough, I didn't feel winded or tired through most of it. I think my stamina is finally starting to increase.
I've been trying to be very careful with what I eat, and trying to increase my exercise. I just found out yesterday that I'll be seeing a friend I haven't been around for a year now in mid-July, and I know she's been working to lose weight, too (from what she's written on facebook, she's dropped at least 30 pounds off the bat by cold turkey switching to veganism).
....so of course I want to try and measure up xD
