just seem to be stuck still working out eating 1800. calories a day or less. and haven't lost any weight for 3 or 4 straight weeks. its very discouraging. don't really know what to do!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Comments 
Try a week of zig zagging your calories (high and low days). It can sometimes help jump start the loss. Changing up your exercise can also help.
