73.2 pre exercise.

BGL 7.1, then 6.1 at lunch 4 hrs after smoothie. Not quite sure why i'm so elevated first thing in morning, but I handled strawberries very well
161.4 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
