Doing fine! In a stall, but not to worry. Holding my ground tracking my food, what I'm eating, doing and not doing- looking for areas where I can improve.
Looking for hidden sugars, too many carbs, too much fat. Doubling down and taking these out of the equation. I'm increasing fluid intake. Stepping up exercise. Being patient as I know my body needs time to adjust. I'm good with all of this!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
