Starting my 7 days water fast today. Something I do every three or so months, or when I'm not traveling.
Essentially it's a detox, not so much as a means to lose weight (which is inevitable anyway since I'll still be gyming, going to work and not eating any food).
Today was a struggle to say the least. Not as bad as my first detox which was about 2 years ago. I feel like I'm more mentally prepared this time around BUT lately my willpower has just been shit lol I mean I gained 3kg in less than a week. Yikes.
It's fine though, I've never cheated during any of my 4 water fasts.
