full workout; drank water, so weight would have been lower!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

After exercise our muscles hold on to extra water while they repair - you likely will see the loss the next morning!
