73.6 One of those weigh ins that you wonder about. Lets see if I can repeat that tomorrow. BGL down a little to 7.4 today.

This week at work I will fast to lunch, so a 16hr fast, then have my avocado & salad again. Try to do gym everyday as well. I also bought some bulk cinnamon, and make my own capsules.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
