ten pounds down!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1559 kcal Fat: 107.31g | Prot: 116.48g | Carb: 42.01g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Scrambled Egg, Gouda Cheese. Lunch: Baby Spinach, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Without Salt, Canned), Avocados. Dinner: Fresh & Easy Goat Cheese with Garlic & Herbs, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Chicken Leg Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers). Snacks/Other: Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Chicken, Deseret Cheddar Cheese, SunRidge Farms Organic Pumpkin Seeds. more...
