Just figured out I have a journal! I was just reading everyone's. lol. feeling good today as my pants were a bit loose. Not to hungry except just before bed, that's the worst on me. the new ice drink I am making does help. Still haven't set what they call macro goals for my keto diet I am trying. I will read up on it.

Looks good to me. One of those things that took me awhile to learn, was to balance fat with hunger prior next meal or sleep. Not enough fat, and you get hungry before next meal or sleep. Too much fat, and you do not have a hint of hunger at meal time.
Another hidden factor is how much body fat is consumed. As you go on, the body get more and more efficient at burning your stored fat.
Another trap I went in, was proteins. We can be at perfect health with only 30 grams a day. I went a bit overboard with those awhile, and plateaued.
It all gets easier with time and focus fortunately.
