75 and then 74.1 after a walk. Very good considering I let myself down last night with some ice cream and snacking. My snacking has been limited to 1 night a week, and I'm very pleased about that. Got lots of energy today.
165.3 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
