Yesterday was my cheat day. I went with my girlfriend to outback and we decided to have a sensible meal. I had a 6 ounce steak, sautéed mushrooms and a wedge salad. All equaling 1007 cal calories. I felt full and satisfied. The bad thing is back in the old days I would’ve easily had eaten a lot more. This lifestyle change is good for health and good for my wallet.
