BGL 6.5
Ketones 2.6!

Its been almost 2 years since I last monitored my bloods. The highest KT reading I got 2 years ago was only 0.7. Not sure why my BGL has risen, I hate seeing it in the 6's
167.3 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
