I'm happy with just
100 gr down, considering I'm in shark week, and don't normally show a loss, but rather a gain.
Had only 2 cross fit sessions this week, it's suppose to be 3. Next week we'll be in full swing!

P.S: Next Friday I'll be taking official measurements as well, so rather than just relying on the scale, I will be tracking my cm losses too.
