Yes! Made my 1 lb goal this week!
Last night I did a hula dance DVD with a ocuple friends after knitting group, it was fun! No exercise today - I didn't get up this morning to do any, and going to dinner with a friend. Greg and I are supposed to go to Charleston for a day trip tomorrow, but I'm going to try and get up early and do my C25K run and walk the dogs. Wish me luck as I always say I'm going to get up, then rarely do.
