Today makes exactly 7 months since I stopped smoking. So proud of myself!
239.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up, its worth it! Your lungs will heal and you'll feel better than ever. I quit almost 17 years ago and had smoked for 23 years. I surely do not miss those 3+ month bouts of bronchitis I used to get!

Oh wow, me also! I stopped on 4 June last year, not looking back at all, if I think of the distances I can walk/hike and run now it's not even a factor in my life anymore! Good for you!
