Wow. There'd the gain I was expecting yesterday. Could be all the salt on my hamburger patty. I was under my cal max of 1200 so if I keep there I have to lose.
The biggest challenge is exercise - I pretty much don't. I'm turning 80 in a few days and my body definitely needs to move more. Usually when I concentrate on healthy eating I begin to do other healthy thing such as walking.
