I can't believe I came back from my travels and weighed down. Considering the last thing I did before going to bed was to shove a brownie in my mouth.
I did maintain portion control while gone. Both of my brothers actually made comments when I sat down for Xmas dinner with 1/3 of food that was piled on everyone else's plates.
