Well I finally did it and I was totally amazed!!! I am so happy though...I lost a lot more then I thought I would. I am defiantly sticking to it! I would like to say thanks to all my buddies and all of you that are here for support when I need someone! Yesterday was my first day on Phase II and it was great! The only issue that I had was I got really full really fast with putting meat back into my diet. It was nice, but very different. I am usually able to eat all the meat on my plate, but no longer. That makes me very happy also! Thanks again to all my buddies.....keep up the GREAT work all of you!!!
