Overjoyed to be in the 65's!!!!!! This has been my short term goal for the past 7 months now and I've started to give up on it, since it's been taking me so long ;-) Went for my Discovery test on Friday and blood pressure is also under control for the 1st time in years!!!! But then my cholesterol was up and too high...what's up with that?!!! So, I've googled bringing it down naturally by eating those kind of foods. Just as my happy dance started, I'm "head in the game" for the next marathon :-P Gotta love life! Have an awesome week everyone!!
