I dropped below 300 last week for the first time in over 10 years...I have been very pleased with that benchmark...now to keep it off when I weigh in this week..and for all the weeks after....I'm now over 1/2 way to my ultimate goal...

Short goals, every 5pounds lost I will treat myself. 189-190 now. 185 =ice cream, 180 = sundae, 175 = banana split, 170 = cake, 165 (goal) = cake and ice cream. Then I hope to maintain if I ever get there. So far no cake, cookies, or ice cream.
