Starting this again. I have to try to stick to this. I weighed today and was so surprised. I thought I was doing ok on my own but obviously I need the visual aspect of having to record what I eat. And to make things worse, I have had a stomach bug for the last 4 days and barely able to eat anything till today. Ugh. I must jump back on the wagon. Heaven help me.
