Yesterdays 1375 calorie deficit and sub 100g carb day gave me a hefty drop of 0.9Kg. I'm planning on keeping the impetus today by incorporating a 16/8 in my effort- If I can gain 2kg with two naughty days then hopefully three good days should help me steel it all back. I'm going for a little walk now - Then lunch out with the family
So far this month I have had a large number of puddings and cakes simply because of the amount of blackberry, pears and apples that we have collected. it's been a year with the best blackberries I can remember ever -That is my excuse. Sometimes like in a good September puddings are a must have, but 2500 cal and 250g carb average is clearly unsustainable -it's good to test the limits though.
If I can recover to end the month at 79.3kg a 1kg loss for the month I will be pretty happy.
