Bad week with food good week for workouts...that's life. My clothes are fitting a lot better and I can tell in my face I am looking thinner. Scale isn't everything in the weight loss journey
177.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
