I knew this week and going to this weekemd i was going to eat more then i normally would. I would have to say to only gained 3 where i usually gain 10, i am happy. plus i have not really had time to work out either (thank goodness it is recovery week). but i will be back on track next week, should be tuesday. as far as eating only my fruit and veggies then bringing back in protein. but keep fingers crossed, i main my weight through the weekend.
