So happy to be down again! last week i was having major cravings for Dim Sum, so we went to a Chinese Buffet that serves Dim Sum at dinner and we ate a lot. But now that craving has been quenched, and I got right back to normal the next morning. I really think I lose best when I have a cheat day! I have now lost a total of 56.6 lbs, with only 34 lbs to go!
