I forgot to weigh myself before I ate breakfast BUT with a weight loss of 2.6lbs I dont CARE!! I am so happy I am past the plateau that was killing me and making me want to stop!!! YAHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
193.6 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yay! Congratulations!!!! It's always fun to have lost weight even though you weighed in after breakfast because now you KNOW you're already have a loss started to report next week. :)
