no carbs since 4/2
248.2 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Be careful! The body needs carbs for energy. Kinda hard to burn fat with zero energy. Imagine a 1000 horse power engine. All the mechanical parts that make up the engine (muscle) are the proteins, which are needed. BUT, without any gas or fuel (carbs) the motor cannot run. And if it's low octane fuel (bad carbs) it wont run efficient or at it's best. Can actually do harm if that's the only fuel you use. Make sense? Ever thought of juicing? I only say this because I want to see you not only lose the weight, but keep it off forever in a safe healthy way. Congrats on your dedication & success so far! 70 lbs lost is AWESOME!! Sam
