So, not quite sure how I managed little over half a pound drop, but I'll take it. Been super stressed out over the last couple of weeks with wedding planning coming to a head and one of my cats being ill, both of which put a strain on finances.
Not sure if the loss is from the stress (because my eating is still the same) or if its from the new additional five minutes of walking each day to and from the parking garage (started a new job downtown three weeks ago).
