Today was harder than I thought it would be. I just wanted to eat all day because I kept smelling food at work from my co-workers' breakfast and lunches. I cooked dinner for my family, but only a cup of cabbage escaped from the pan into my mouth, and a half a cup of protein shake. I might go over the 300 calorie limit if I eat anything else, but I have to go to my son's open house for school tonight. So I will get a little walking exercise in.
Logging what I eat is keeping me honest. I totally forgot about the 6 cashews I ate at lunch time. Now I am over 300 cal. So my 1st day was a fail :-(
