I didn't have a plan to eat less than normal yesterday but I kept myself busy all day and included a walk plus an evening jog of 4 miles (40 minutes 20 seconds). Very pleased with a large drop but slightly worried about bounce back. I am going to try for a decent deficit so that doesn't happen.
My mate has cancelled our long walk today because he is sick. A new fridge was delivered yesterday and it's now cold. it's appalling weather today - but I have a new waterproof to try

There is no such thing as bad weather - just the wrong clothes :) Its not too bad here in the south. A bit overcast but dry :)
