Weighed in today, 198.8 up .8 of a pound.
That is OK, I also didn't have a BM yesterday, so that would account for the gain, I guess. lol
I will still take it, for I know I am doing good, and I am losing weight.
I had a pair of jeans on last night, I hadn't worn in a few weeks, and man are they loose. I like that, when I notice in my clothes that I am losing weight and getting smaller.
More later today.
I am a Happy loser and I know it.

Remember muscle weighs more than fat, too. It's always good to go by measurements and not the scale if you're getting stronger.

Thanks SnakeyJane. Weight is just something that I post here, because they want me to. I weigh in, to keep track of if here, but as long as the clothes are getting loose I am a very happy camper. lol Thanks again!!
