Blegh!! I'm truly disgusted in my weight!! I was actually getting somewhere, but then I let go again - friend came to visit and my hubby's 40th. Awesome celebrations and no regrets there. Just HAVE to get my body moving in the right direction again. Also: the whole thing of breastfeeding is like a treadmill strapped onto ya - not like that at all with me. Go figure. But if I eat too little I have no milk supply. So, it's super tricky. And I have to concentrate on meal prepping, otherwise the WHOLE kitchen is my oyster ;-) To give myself a challenge, I've entered into a DietBet competition last week Wednesday, where you bet money on yourself to loose 4% of your weight in 4 weeks. I used my bday money, and WANT IT BACK!!!! So, apart from this weekends indulgences, I'm back on track. (It cost me 20 US dollars, which you put down up front. If you loose the 4% weight in the amount of time, you get your money back PLUS what ever is split from the people who could not complete their challenge in time.) Happy July all of you!!
