First time, long time and as I loaded up the car with diet soda cans and dark beer bottles I knew just from where part of my additional weight (acquired over the last six months) had come... time to get focused and disciplined! :)
202.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
