My profile is broke so I left my challenge. Anyhoo. life still goes on.
Today is fasting day...on the 4th... Hopefully I wont be to freaked out by 4:00 PM or so when we go to dinner.

Going to finish my coffee, do 20 minutes of spinning in front of the TV and watch the Tour de france.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
