Iām back ā and doing well. The demo at the executive retreat was well received and as far as I know I still have a job. It was tough staying on plan while I was there: there was plenty of low carb food around ā but there was just too much of it. I guess my natural reaction to being under constant stress is to eat, so it was a real struggle to stay under my calorie count.
