1st day of summer! WooHOO!
Can't wait for the day to arrive when eating healthy becomes second nature, when choosing salads, lean proteins and vegetables becomes "the norm" and junk food, high caloric snacks and sweets feel like the "odd man out"!
Wondering about resetting my current goal weight to a shorter, more attainable short term number leaving my final goal weight as a long term target. Any thoughts?
238.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
