Even with all the "bad" eating I did for the last week (family in town) I made sure I had small portions and skipped out on foods I didn't need (such as rice or hash brown). We also we're always doing something active whether it was swimming, snorkeling, hiking, exploring museums, etc. Glad I was able to lose 1 pound. A loss is a loss.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
