I hurt my back last Friday again. I say 'again' because I had strained it the Saturday before. Four chiropractor appointments later, I'm almost not in pain anymore. Having a desk job though makes you stiffen up. I need to remember to get up and move more frequently. Fortunately, I've been able to walk or do a little run on my lunch time breaks. I know I need to more of a workout but taking it easy for a bit.
It's the first long weekend of the year. Plans include: helping out on the farm tomorrow, my son has a birthday party in the afternoon. Sunday we plan to go for a drive and get my son a helmet so he can ride his dirt bike and Monday I'm hoping to get to one of the outlet malls for some shopping (but I need to get there first thing in the morning!). Hopefully, the weather Saturday evening will be pleasant so that we can have a backyard fire and watch the neighbours set off fireworks.
